HVO Fuel: A Cleaner Alternative to Traditional Diesel

 Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel is emerging as a sustainable solution in the ongoing effort to reduce carbon emissions and reliance on fossil fuels. Produced from renewable sources such as used cooking oil, animal fats, and vegetable oils, HVO is a synthetic diesel that offers similar performance to conventional diesel while significantly lowering environmental impact.



How HVO is Produced

The production of HVO fuel involves a process known as hydrotreatment, where hydrogen is used to remove oxygen from the natural fats and oils.
